Who is responsible
ASF Studio AB (reg. no. 559530-9385, Nacka, Sweden) is the data controller for the details collected on purserhq.com. You can reach us at hej@purserhq.com.
What we store
When you sign up for the beta we store your email address and, if you choose to give it, which bookkeeping software you use today. We also store the time, the page language, which form you used, your approximate country (from your IP address) and your browser's user agent.
Why
We use these details to contact you about the Purser beta and to understand who is signing up. We don't send newsletters, and we never sell or share the details. The legal basis is your consent, which you give when you submit the form.
Your IP address
Your IP address is used briefly to limit the number of sign-ups per hour and protect the form from abuse. It is kept for at most one hour.
Where the details are kept
The details are stored with Cloudflare, which runs the website. We may receive an email about your sign-up through the email service Resend. Both are our data processors. If the details are processed outside the EU/EEA, this happens with the safeguards the GDPR requires.
How long
We keep the details while the beta runs. If you don't become a customer, we delete them no later than six months after the beta ends.
Your rights
You have the right to know what we hold about you, to have it corrected or deleted, and to withdraw your consent at any time. Email hej@purserhq.com and we'll remove you from the list. You can also complain to the Swedish Authority for Privacy Protection (IMY).
Cookies
The website uses no cookies and no tracking. If you close the sign-up bar, that choice is stored only in your browser for the visit.
